Agreement to Terms

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, material costs, and any changes you request during the project.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, we may need to reassess the quote based on current material costs and labor rates.

A deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your contract and is typically 30-50% of the total project cost.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines for all work. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material delivery delays, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions.

We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our high quality standards.

Permits and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We can assist with the permit application process, but you are ultimately responsible for permit costs and approval.

All work performed will comply with local building codes and regulations in Hacienda Heights, CA. If work cannot proceed due to permit or code issues, you may be responsible for additional costs.

Payment Terms
